Professional Legal Training and Lawyer – Tanzania
Goodluck is currently the head of the practical legal training department at the Law School of Tanzania. With over 12 years experience in legal practice, research and training, Goodluck is registered both as an Advocate and an Arbitrator. His main areas of expertise are dispute management (including contract negotiation and contract drafting) and dispute resolution (negotiation, mediation, litigation and arbitration). He is one of the leading trainers of the annual training event for the Tanzanian Law Society (TLS) members on advocacy skills, negotiation and mediation. He was trained and accredited by the U.S. based National Institute of Trial Advocacy (N.I.T.A) and for the past three years has worked with American lawyers and judges under the Justice Advocacy Africa project in training lawyers in the region on trial advocacy skills. Currently Goodluck serves as the editor of the TLS bi-annual Journal, The Lawyer, which is the only regular legal journal in Tanzania.
