Omoba Oladele Osinuga holds a BA philosophy from Ogun State University, a LLM International Human Rights Law, International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, Comparative Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law from the University of Gloucestershire, MA in Human Resources Management, Strategic Management and Labour Economics from the University of Westminster, BL from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Certificate in International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law International Human Rights Law and International Criminal Law from Salzburg Law School Universität Salzburg, Austria and a Certificate in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Regent’s University, London. Omoba Osinuga career spans over 15 years in both the private and public sectors. Since April 2010, he has been on leave of absence as counsel at the leading Lagos, Nigeria legal firm, Chief Lanre Adeniyi & Co. In March 2014, he was admitted to List of Assistants to Counsel, International Criminal Court and in April 2014, he was appointed Expert Consultant, Rule of Law, Justice and Security UNDP.
He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, American Bar Association, Chartered Quality Institute in the UK, International Society of African Lawyers, National Black Crown Prosecution Association in England and Wales, International Association of Prosecutors, member British Nigerian Law Forum, International Association of Prosecutors, E-Crime Prosecutors Network and African Wind Energy Association. He is also Contributing Author Social Science Research Network (www.ssrn.com) and Eurasia Review (www.eurasiareview.com). Omoba Osinuga has attended and participated at various conferences and workshops in International Law and International Relations in Europe.
