We may collect and store any information which you give us via any forms on our site- such as your name, address, email address, phone number, type of industry etc – or when communicating with us or others using the site by email or in some other way.


We also collect any information you post on our site on the forums, message service, blog posts, groups or through any other comment.


If you purchase items through the site you may also be asked for credit card information.


Any donations made through our site will be transacted directly on the Paypal website and will therefore be subject to the terms and condition thereto. We expressly notify our site users that we are not liable any use of the Paypal site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for a period of time.

Each registration is for a single individual only. LEAP does not permit access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network or otherwise. Termination of registration

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of LEAP immediately and without prior notice. We will do this by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Our site contains interactive areas including, without any limitation, any blogs, forums, discussion boards, chat rooms and email forums. You grant to LEAP an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, authorise use of and have used on our behalf any ideas, expression of ideas, text, graphics, messages, blogs, links, data, information and other materials you submit (“posting”). The said licence is without restrictions of any kind and without any payment due from LEAP to you or permission or notification to you or any third party. The license includes, the rights to make, use, sell, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works from, combine with other works, translate, distribute, display, perform and sublicense postings in any form, medium or technology now known or hereafter developed.


By submitting postings to this website you acknowledge and agree that LEAP may create on its own ideas that may be or may obtain submissions that may be, similar or identical to postings you submit. You agree that you shall have no recourse against LEAP for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary or other right in the posting you provide to LEAP.

LEAP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited licence to use your postings within your social media syndication. Your social media syndication includes your firm’s website, blog, facebook, Linkedin and twitter accounts and may include any other appropriate social media site you use for professional purposes. This limited license refers to the specific content you provided in your posting/s under the following terms and conditions:

If you use a user name you must use your real name when registering for participation in the interactive area and Experts agree that their real name may always be posted. The “multimedia” page

From time to time and at our discretion LEAP will provide images, audio and video content on the “multimedia” page.


You agree not to copy, use, print off, download or otherwise make use of this material without obtaining the explicit consent of the author whose details and contact email will be displayed on the page.


If a link to social media such as facebook, linkedin, twitter or other social media site appears next to a multimedia item you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited licence to link to the item within your social media syndication. Your social media syndication includes your blog, facebook, Linkedin and twitter accounts and may include any other appropriate social media site you use for professional or personal purposes. This limited license refers to the specific content provided on the multimedia page under the following terms and conditions:

i)                Each use of the item includes a hyperlink to the page on which the item is posted;

ii)               Each use of the item ensures that proper accreditation is given to the  artist/author;

iii)             Each use of the item is solely for the purposes of promoting/marketing the item and/or author and the LEAP site.


The link and/or posting/s shall not be used in any media of, or which benefits, any LEAP competitor.


The ownership and copyright of such works will remain with the author unless otherwise explicitly stated.


We accept no liabilty resulting from your use of these works.


If you print, copy or download any part of the multimedia in breach of these terms of use your right to use our site will terminate immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made at our or the author’s discretion.



Our site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsor are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on our site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. LEAP will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in the advertisers’ or sponsors’ materials or for the acts or omissions of advertisers and sponsors.
